This portal supports RT Event Productions contractor scheduling and administration. Keep sign-in codes private and use only your own authorized account. Contact tim@rtevent.com if you believe a record or access permission is incorrect.

Availability and assignments

Selecting availability does not confirm an assignment. RT makes assignment offers separately. Your signed contractor agreement and accepted assignment terms govern the work and payment.

Google Maps estimates

Use of the Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Driving times are estimates from a ZIP area and may use a venue or city destination. They exclude live traffic and are not a guarantee that you can reach an event within your preferred time. Confirm the actual venue, route, event hours, and travel arrangements before committing. Unavailable route estimates do not mean an event is nearby.
