RT Event Productions uses this portal to manage contractor availability, onboarding, assignments, invoices, and event communications.

Information used by RT

Your profile and contact details, successful login history, availability, agreements, screening status, assignments, invoices, receipts, and follow-up records are available to authorized RT staff. Contractors can access their own records.

Driving estimates

When you view availability with a ZIP code in your profile, the portal sends only your five-digit ZIP and event destinations to Google Maps for driving estimates. Your home street address, home city, home state, phone number, and name are not included in the route request. ZIP estimates start near the ZIP center. Route results are not saved to the portal database.

Google processes these requests under its Privacy Policy. Driving estimates appear with Google Maps attribution.

Service providers

Fly.io hosts the portal and its records. Ringover delivers requested sign-in codes and enabled operational messages. The background-check link takes you to NCSI, which handles information you submit under its own policies. The portal stores screening status and expiration, rather than asking you to upload a full screening report.

Your choices

You can update your profile, omit the optional street address, change your driving limit, and disable operational texts in My profile. Sign-in PINs are sent when requested. Contact tim@rtevent.com about access, corrections, or deletion requests. Some agreement, payment, and audit records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations.
